A charming retreat where memory meets design
Welcome to LENEL, a place where history dialogues with contemporary hospitality. If you are looking for a charming residence in Brescia that offers an immersive and unconventional experience, you have found it.
Our project was born within a setting rich in industrial heritage: the early 20th-century buildings that now welcome our guests once housed the Società Elettrica Bresciana and, later, Enel.
Through a meticulous architectural restoration, we have breathed new life into these spaces, transforming the past into a destination of contemporary design.
The allure of industrial heritage
The philosophy of LENEL is rooted in a profound respect for the existing structure, interpreted with contemporary sensitivity. The historic architecture preserves its Art Nouveau and Industrial soul, reimagined through a language of balance, proportion, and focus on materials.
Essential design, premium materials, and modern finishes create a natural dialogue between past and present, where every intervention enhances the original structure without altering its identity.
The emblem of this connection is the suspended walkway: a light and harmonious architectural element that joins the two buildings, creating a visual and emotional continuity suspended in time.
An intimate and authentic guest experience, where history becomes a space to be lived.
